Already and only going to grow. They better hope they get a better deal or will really be in the hole. Not that we care

It would be awesome if that was true but I think you have too many zeros in that number.

    I don’t think that’s correct.

I saw an article a couple of days ago that they were committed to spending another $1 million but it didn’t say how much they had spent to date.

Not surprised at all. Nelson Motors is expensive.

I’m sure it’s well into the hundreds of thousands. Almost certainly they’ve had dozens of associates at NM spending many hours of research, etc. Associate rates there are probably in the $200-$300 range. Partners probablt $500-$600 range or more

Absolutely possible, I would expect their bill to be at least $100k a month. You can spend $300k just looking through document production.

Not on the national stage, competing with other AMLaw 100 type firms.

Lol. I read the $1M and thought "Is that all?" Then saw everyone saying no way it was that high, and thought "Damn, They got cheap-**** lawyers." Made no sense at all.

    Glad you pointed that out.

The 1 million is a discounted figure as some of the lawyers are working at a reduced cost because they are Clemson grads.

The money cant come for taxpayers per a budget proviso that was supported by many Clemson grads in the SC Senate.

As this thing drags on, it is going to impact Clemson and FSU's ability to fully fund the House settlement costs fully.
