Fine Cut Steakhouse delivers an upscale dining experience for dinner with service that’s elevated to an art form. Inside, the space is warm and inviting with a glamorous palette of rich ruby, amber, and gold design elements. There’s even a distinctive, private dining room within the restaurant that’s enveloped within a wine storage installation. The design was inspired by the superior workmanship of a couture jeweler – in fact, we affectionately refer to this dazzling space as the “jewel box”.

While the design creates an ambiance of sophistication, the cuisine offers up the sizzle –literally. With a wide selection of the choicest meats to the freshest, premium seafood, there’s something for everyone here. From the grill, try the Tomahawk Ribeye for Two or the 30-day Dry-aged Prime Strip Steak. And, with a wide selection of premium sauces and toppings to choose from, you can have your steak exactly the way you like it.

Yes. Fine Cut Steakhouse has everything to satisfy even the most devoted steak lover, but there’s so much more than the finest premium steaks here. Inspired by classic French bistros, Le Grand Bistro bubbles with the mouthwatering sights, scents, and sounds of a bustling boulangerie-patisserie. Designed to transport you to a bistro in the heart of Paris, Le Grand Bistro creates a richly authentic dining experience.

In the morning, enjoy a cappuccino and a fresh, warm croissant or pick up a baguette to go. For lunch, try the artisanal cheeses, fresh breads, and macaroons (made right onboard), and a wide selection of wines that offer the perfect pairing with your meal.

Depending on what time of day you dine here, you’ll find the ambiance changes from morning to evening. A signature copper espresso maker anchors the light and airy café by day, and a custom floor to ceiling wine armoire creates a glowing and romantic bistro by night. There’s also a variety of seating options available – from the sidewalk café that overlooks the stylish Martini Bar below to the inner café that offers stunning views of the sea and the world beyond. And, if you don’t have time to sit down, you can step up to the counter at Bistro to Go for some delicious light fare to take with you.

Le Grand Bistro is also home to therevolutionaryLe Petit Chef. Using innovative technology, we’llbringyour tabletop to life with Le Petit Chef – an animated character who appears beside your plate and prepares each course you’ll be enjoying right in front of you before you’re served the actual dish. Magic Carpet

Reaching 13 storeys above sea level, the Magic Carpetis the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform, and the highlight of the exterior of our Edge Class ships. This spectacular space opens to several decks onboard and transforms into a new and exciting venue depending on where it’s positioned.

On deck 5, Raw on 5 isvisited by the Magic Carpet, which becomes an open-air casual seafood restaurant alongside Raw on 5. With its own menu of select Raw on 5 favourites as well as unique menu items found only on the Magic Carpet –including raw bar items, the Alaskan California Maki Roll, Lobster Rolls, Tuna Nicoise Salad, Popcorn Shrimp, Crispy Crab Cakes, and so much more – the Magic Carpet at Raw on 5 is not to be missed. When the two restaurants meet, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to dine al fresco as you glide over the glistening water below.

As the Magic Carpet makes its way up the side of the ship, it reaches the very top level, where it becomes an extraordinary sky-high restaurant where we host an exhilarating and mouthwatering experience we call Dinner on the Edge. It makes sense that in the middle of the ocean, you might think “seafood”. Well, we’ve taken thatto heart as inspiration for our new restaurant, Raw on 5.

Raw on 5 has an amazing array of delicacies from the sea – and beyond. At the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a dramatic raw bar display showcasing an abundance of fresh seafood, including oysters, crab, and lobsters. Inside, you’ll see our sushi chef creating mouthwatering bites, fresh sashimi, caviar, and an incredible selection of champagnes. The spirited menu features unique co*cktails like the Spicy Mango Tini, and there are even sections of the menu dedicated to Vodka and Champagne selections.

Start your meal off with something from the Raw section, perhaps the Oysters or the Scallop Ceviche. Or how about a vodka to pair with your caviar?There’s a hot section, too, with Crispy Crab Cakes, Steamed Mussels, and more. In fact, there’s such a wide assortment of Sashimi, Rolls, and Ceviche that you’ll want to come back time and again to catch all of the incredible offerings.

The Rooftop Garden on our Edge Class ships is a living urban playscape inspired by childhood playgrounds and designed to awaken the inner-child in all of us. It’s a lively, spacious environment at the top of the ship that’s perfect for slowing down, wandering, and daydreaming – and satisfying your cravings for mouthwatering backyard BBQ. Nestled perfectly in its own delicious corner of the Rooftop Garden, the Rooftop Garden Grill serves up gourmet backyard favourites.

Whether you visit for lunch or dinner, start your outdoor culinary journey with Smoked Chicken Wings or the Pulled Pork Slider Trio (just to name a few). You can choose your favourite ingredients and create a custom Chop Chop Salad when the Mobile Salad Cart rolls up to your table. Try your hand (you’ll need both of them, actually) with the House Smoked Turkey Club sandwich or the Rooftop Angus Porter Burger. In the evening, choose from a variety of grilled and smoked favourites, including Grilled Lamb Chops and Hickory Smoked Brisket. And, if you’ve saved room, satisfy your sweet tooth with the Mason Jar S’mores.

Eden Restaurant

Eden Restaurant is a place where dining is taken to new and exciting places. It features a lively, open air kitchen and menus that deliver sensory and experiential dishes served by performance artists we call Edenists. Let your inhibitions go and set your senses free with innovatively mouthwatering specialties inspired by nature. Dinner at Eden Restaurant isn’t a meal – it’s a unique, personal culinary journey that transports you through Eden itself.

Before entering Eden Restaurant, you’ll start at Eden Bar on the second level.Subtle cues will excite your senses and lead you on a path to Eden Restaurant on the first level. Once seated, your Edenists will serve a choreographed series of culinary temptations that will not only thrill your taste buds, but every other sense as well. Just when you think it’s finished, you’ll once again be prompted by sensory cues that tempt you back up to Eden Bar for The Crescendo – an amazing end to your experience.

Using innovative technology created by Skullmapping and presented by TableMation Studios, we’re bringing your tabletop to life with Le Petit Chef –an animated character who appears beside your plate and prepares each course you’ll be enjoying right in front of you before you’re served the actual dish.

It’s an immersive, mind-blowing fusion of entertainment and dining like nothing you’ve experienced before. Le Petit Chef will be featured evenings in one of therestaurants onboard our Edge Class ships –Le Grand Bistro– and, it will be rolled out across the rest of the Celebrity Cruises fleet, as well.

The Theatre

The Theatre is a truly contemporary space designed to blur the line between audience and performance and immerse you in entertainment like never before. With four stage areas, three moving backdrops, rotating spiral staircases, 16 synchronised projectors, and a duodirectional rotating platform that raises almost seven feet above the stage, The Theatre will take performances to a whole new level – literally. The productions in The Theatre will wow audiences of all ages. From the edgy experiences produced by the Black Skull Creative group to the whimsical productions of Three In One Entertainment consultants – be prepared to leave disbelief at the door. You will be mesmerised with cast shows like no others at sea.

The Club

The Club. A dynamic, progressive space that changes its persona from morning to… well, early the next morning. During the day, think of The Club as a gathering space – hone your creativity during Art Hour or game it up during the Rec Room series, with Laser Maze, Drone Hunting and Racing, Retro Gaming, and interactive game shows. In the evening, The Club transforms into a place where talk shows, game shows, live music performances and DJs reign supreme. Pull up a seat at the bar and relax or jump into the action. At night, The Club transforms into a place of discovery and imagination. The nightlife here is full of innovative and engaging moments you’ll be talking about for days. At the Resort Deck, you’ll find endless ways to be entertained while enjoying the outdoors and connecting with the sea. Celebrated architect Tom Wright worked his magic on a variety of spaces on the Resort Deck to create a venue unlike any other. The Rooftop Garden is a living playscape designed to awaken the inner-child in all of us. During the day, drift away to the rhythm of live musical performances or sip a co*cktail as you as you gaze out over the open ocean. At night, experience A Taste of Film, an interactive fusion of food and film that will excite your palate and your imagination. See a live outdoor concert, curl up and enjoy our Rooftop Garden Cinema Series, or gaze up at the sea of stars above you at our Beyond the Edge Astronomy Series. With oversized art installations including unique treetop sculptures; two 2-storey hot tubs; and 165-square-feet by 18-feet-high private Cabanas, The Pool Deck is a spectacular asymmetrical space with a distinct resort-style atmosphere. Camp at Sea makes every sailing a brand new adventure. Camp at Sea is our interactive onboard programme for younger travellers, and onboard Edge Class we take it to a whole new level. We say it’s “Never the same camp twice,” because our schedule of activities changes on every sailing based on the interests of the participants. With a selection of 500 activities to work with, including the largest Xbox One experience at sea, there’s a lot to choose from. Our Youth Counselors design daily programs that keep everyone excited, engaged, and enriched. On Edge Class, you’ll be amazed at how much there is to see and do for everyone.

Toddler Time for children under age 3

Toddler time allows parents and toddlers to interact with other children their age, and toys suitable for this age group. In accordance with USPH standards, each ship offers lavatory-based changing tables and baby wipes. Parents/guardians must accompany their child during Toddler Time and toddlers do not need to be potty trained. Available during select times each day.

Fun Factory for ages 3-11

Activities, arranged by age group, are available 9AM-10PM every day. Kids can participate in exciting games, sports, crafts, music, karaoke, treasure hunts, theme parties, movies and more. Shipmates (Ages 3-5): Shipmates must be completely, independently toilet-trained and diaper/pull-up free. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipmates must be signed in and out of the program by an adult age 18 or over who knows the child’s password. Cadets (Ages 6-8): Cadets must be signed in and out of the program by an adult age 18 or over who knows the child’s password. Ensigns (Ages 9-11): Based in the Fun Factory, but frequently use other venues throughout the ship. Ensigns sign themselves in/out of programs until 10PM, unless otherwise indicated on their Parental Consent Form. After 10PM, Ensigns require an adult to sign them out. Please Note: Children must be 3 years old, toilet trained and pull-up and nappy-free to enter youth programme facilities or participate in their activities unless accompanied by a parent. However, families are welcome to borrow toys for their children’s entertainment.

X-Club Teen Entertainment

For young adults, Celebrity offers the ultimate hangout place for teens, featuring social activities, the newest gaming consoles and titles, sports activities, even teens-only late night dances. All activities are hosted and supervised by Youth Counselors. All very cool.

Babysitting

To make your family holiday completely hassle-free, we also provide babysitting services, either in the Fun Factory or in your stateroom, for when you fancy a free day or evening. Children must be at least 12 months old and babysitting should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please Note: Babysitting service – available in both the Fun Factory and in staterooms. In stateroom babysitting, for up to 3 children, includes 2 babysitters (subject to availability). Parents are asked to make all private, in-stateroom requests 24 hours in advance, and one parent or guardian must stay onboard during babysitting time. Note: this is a first-come, first-served programme.

The Grand Plaza Cafe

A new complimentary venue, Grand Plaza Café is perfect for a quick, satisfying savory or sweet snack on the go, either before or after you venture ashore. In the morning, it offers a variety of freshly baked pastries, from almond, Nutella, and chocolate croissants to a revolving selection of Danish pastries, turnovers, and more. Later, you can stop by for an afternoon pick-me-up of mini sandwiches, such as the Roasted Turkey and Cranberry Ciabatta, with free-range turkey, Vermont cheddar, and fresh walnut bread, and the Curry Grilled Chicken Wrap, featuring mango salsa and shaved romaine.

Cafe al Bacio

More inviting than ever before. A favourite gathering spot across our fleet, Café al Bacio, was one the biggest inspirations for designing the entire Grand Plaza. On Edge Class, Café al Bacio is more inviting than ever, with views of the Grand Plaza’s ever-evolving action on the inside and the ocean and gorgeous places you’ll visit on the outside. Settle into the comfortable seating, underneath a stunning glass art installation, and refuel with a cappuccino or white chocolate mocha, along with an array of sweets, from artisan cupcakes to a pistachio sable with lime white chocolate.

Martini Bar

Our popular Martini Bar – always an attention-seeker on any of our ships – is now the focal point of the entire Grand Plaza. The Chandelier, a breathtaking chandelier-meets-art-installation immediately draws your eye from anywhere in the space. Below its atmospheric glow, the bar curves gracefully around to invite conversation and interaction with our talented flair bar tenders who’ll impress you with their gravity-defying skills.

Art & Design

Onboard, our Edge Class ships introduce a wide variety of stunning new venues that take modern luxury to new heights. To help us achieve these incredible feats, we sought out designers who were new to the cruise industry, because we wanted to ensure every aspect of Edge would be a departure from traditional thinking about cruising. We wanted a team that would bring a completely fresh perspective to ship design – and we got exactly that with a team of renowned designers and architects, including Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku. Together, the team of Jouin Manku is celebrated for drawing inspiration from a multitude of cultures and for merging cutting-edge technology with old-world craftsmanship. They’ve worked on iconic projects all over the world, including the famous Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, Van Cleef & Arpel stores in Paris, Miami, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, and the Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower. We knew the agency of Jouin Manku was perfect for executing our vision of iconic spaces on Edge Class, including the breathtaking Grand Plaza, as well as other artistic installations like the main dining atrium and an extraordinary corridor designed to showcase the beauty of the ship’s bare bones. Did you know our Solstice Class ships all feature a real grass lawn on the top deck? Enjoy a relaxed – or competitive – game of boules or croquet with the kids in the sunshine.

It’s Party Time!

We offer additional services to accommodate families while the ship is in port and during the evenings for a fee of $6 per hour. Lunch Party: Port days only from 12PM-2PM. Children dine with Youth Staff on the Lido Deck, then carry on into afternoon activities. Pre-registration required before 11:45AM. Dinner Party: Every evening from 5PM-7PM. Children start out in the Fun Factory from 5PM-6PM, then dine with Youth Staff at 6PM on the Lido Deck, then carry on into evening activities. Pre-registration required before 5:45PM. Slumber Party: Every evening from 10PM-1AM, children ages 3-11 can Slumber or Party depending on needs and choices. Ends promptly at 1AM. At 1AM, an immediate $20 late fee will be charged. After 2AM, a $25/hr. late fee will apply.

VIP Passes

Celebrity’s V.I.P. Pass is a unique opportunity for your child to have unlimited access to all program activities. The one time V.I.P Pass fee offers families over a 40% savings off the cost of individual Lunch, Dinner, and Slumber parties. In addition, V.I.P Pass holders are the only children who will be given special goodie bags and have access to exclusive experiences like a behind-the-scenes ship tour. An additional charge applies.

Accessibility

We want everyone to have a trip of a lifetime. That is why we always go the extra mile to ensure our ships are optimised for passengers with specific accessibility needs. You will find all of our public doors are accessible to wheelchairs, and we have designed wheelchair accessible staterooms that have been adapted with special features. We have also included signage in Braille throughout our ships.

Onboard Wifi

All Celebrity Edge®, Celebrity Millennium®and Celebrity Solstice®Class ships as well as Celebrity Flora℠are fully wireless and also have an internet area. Celebrity Xpedition®has dial up internet connections. Note that there is a change for Wifi.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs and provide baby food for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant as long as the ship is notified in advance. Celebrity has also partnered with The NerdelTM Company to help educate kids about healthy food and fitness – in a fun way!
